Dr Clare’s No-Flour Collagen Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
- 80g Elavate Unflavoured Collagen Powder
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- Vegan butter for cooking
Method
- Add the collagen powder, eggs and banana to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat a stainless steel pan over a medium heat.
- Add a small amount of vegan butter.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Cook for approximately 4 minutes.
- Carefully flip and cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
